Full start to finish event management that includes a team to run the event, coordination and timeline management, and the hundreds of unseen acts that go on behind the scenes to make your day amazing. This service is usually paired with our set up and take down services.
Starting at $3500
Let our trained professional staff take the stress out of your event. We are experienced banquet servers, bar tenders, hosts and kitchen managers. Our expertise will make your party flow smoothly in any barn, tent, park or other unique location. We help you celebrate anywhere you want.
Starting at $40/ hour per person
We have a wide selection of event rental items ranging form dishes to linens to specialty furniture to pipe and drape. Prices vary by item and rentals may be subject to tax and delivery fee.
We build decor to order. Custom backdrops, silk and fresh floral arrangements, props and display pieces, even signage and lighting. Show us your inspiration photos and turn us loose. We source and install your decor prior to your event and take it down at the end of the night.

Our DJ's are talented and skilled experienced professionals that know how to keep the party moving. We include all the equipment required to make the party sound amazing, custom curated playlists, MICs, MC services and dancefloor lighting. We also have up lighting, special effects and photo booth options available separately.

This is a listing of our most popular services. Every event is different and the quotes are tailor to each event. Please contact us for specific pricing.
We create a contract that outlines the scope of work and outlines the cost upfront and then we accept a 10% non-refundable retainer to hold your date. For events booked more than a couple months out we usually book a mid point payment of 45% of the balance. The remaining balance is due the week of the event. All calls, meetings and emails are included in the price and we encourage our clients to give us as much information as possible because it helps us do our jobs better.

We typically book anywhere from 1-18 months in advance and when we really have to we can make last minute magic happen. We do events full time and we are always ready to create.
We do a lot in house and we have and extensive network of trusted vendors for the things we do not do, that being said however, we love to meet new people and work alongside you and your family and friends to create the day you always dreamed of. We are happy do as little or as much as you would like. We are happy to make recommendations based on our experience and research, but you are always in control. We will work with the people you choose. We offer DIY support for your craft projects if you need it and we put a high value on the personalized touches that make your day special.
