From an early age, Alona Myers has been deeply involved in her church and community, assisting with weddings, celebrations, and events. Event planning is truly in her DNA. Drawing inspiration from her multicultural upbringing and passion for sewing and crafting, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Design and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of Delaware. Her academic journey was further enriched by international travel and diverse work experiences, all of which led to the founding of her wedding business in 2015.

Over the years, Alona has nurtured this family business with love, a commitment to excellence, and the support of a talented team of highly skilled professionals who share her passion for creating unforgettable events.
A key member of the team is her husband, Rob Myers (aka DJ RPM), who has been a DJ for over 25 years. Alona and Rob’s story began in high school, where Rob made mix tapes for her and DJed her 14th birthday party — and many celebrations since. Rob’s dedication to his craft, coupled with his engineering background, ensures that every sound experience is flawless and that the party never stops.
In addition to Rob, the team includes floral designers, banquet captains, balloon artists, bartenders, chefs, and many more professionals. Every team member takes immense pride in their work and strives to deliver exactly what the client envisions. Their mission is simple: to exceed expectations and deliver delight. And if, by chance, they don’t have everything needed in-house, A. Caroline Creative has built an extensive network of trusted vendors and industry contacts, from rental companies and photographers to DJs, caterers, entertainers, and even hot air balloon pilots.
